Do people actually win when they enter the competitions?
Yes they do! Get Me A Ticket has free prizes draws that close every day, week and month so we give away hundreds and hundreds of free prizes to our members each year. Our winners page shows all the winners over the past few years entering in all the various competitions that we have on the site. Get Me A Ticket is a legitimate, regulated, fun and free to enter competition website.

So how do we know if we have won?
Once a winner has been pulled we email the winner within 96 hours. The email will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org so to make sure that you get this email put this address into your contacts and you won't miss the chance to win the fantastic prizes.
How do I claim my prize?
Once you have received an email from email@example.com you have to reply to it with the postal address that you sign up with. Once this is done and everything is correct your prize will be dispatched with in the next 28 days.
I don't have a telephone number, can I still enter?
Unless the telephone number field is a 'mandatory field' you can enter the competitions without filling in a telephone number. You will find out if a telephone number is mandatory if you try to proceed without filling in the 'telephone number' field in a survey, and you are unable to proceed.
What happens to my personal data when I register?
We may process your personal data ourselves or through data processors who will process data on our behalf (in which case we will remain responsible for ensuring the data processor complies with this Policy and all data protection regulations).
We will register with the appropriate data protection authorities and comply with all data protection regulations.
We will only use your personal data: fairly and lawfully; as set out in the Official Rules and/or this Policy; to the extent necessary for these purposes.
We will ensure that your personal data is not used unless it is accurate and up to date and we will not keep it for longer than necessary.
The personal data which we will use includes your name, email address and other supplied information and whether you have consented to be contacted by specified organisations.
We will pass your personal data to the specified organisations to which you have consented and we and they may contact you to discuss selling you further goods and services.

Do you have to be based in the UK to sign up for Get Me A Ticket?
You have to be a UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the competition. However we have competition sites in Germany, Spain and France if these are relevant for you.
